Celebrating Irish Culture and Heritage in South Carolina's Greenest City.

St. Patrick's Day has been celebrated in Greenville in many different ways since 1918, starting with a parade of soldiers in training at Camp Sevier and continuing on through the years with festivals, concerts, theatrical performances and even bicycle races.

Since 2012, The Ancient Order of Hibernians hosted a parade in Greenville, which has continued to grow from a small downtown march from St. Mary's Church into a multi-unit event including multiple bands, civic groups and charitable organizations.

In 2018, in order for our community celebration of Irish Culture to grow and take its rightful place as a marquee event in Greenville, members of several Irish community organizations came together to create the Greenville St. Patrick's Day Committee. We invite you to join us in celebrating Irish heritage, civic pride, faith, family, friendship and tradition.
