Vendor Booths — March 13, 2027

Festival at NOMA Square, downtown Greenville. Parade 10:00 a.m. Festival about 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Booths are limited. Apply first. A space is held only after we approve you and payment clears.

Use the form at the bottom of this page. Do not send payment until you receive an approval email and a payment link.

Window Dates 10×10 booth
Early bird Through December 31, 2026 $250
Regular January 1 – February 15, 2027 $300
Late After February 15, if space remains $350

Festival Partner Upgrade — $500 (limited)
Adds your logo on volunteer T-shirts, an ad in our parade journal and logo on this website.

What’s included

  • One 10×10 space in the festival footprint
  • Listing on the event page once the layout is published
  • One group mention with other vendors on committee socials
  • Load-in window and vendor contact the week of the event

You provide: weighted tent (no staking), table, chairs, signage, staff, inventory, licenses, and insurance.

Not included unless confirmed in writing: electricity, water, overnight storage, category exclusivity, parade entry.

What we look for

Crafts, Irish and heritage goods, local small business, and family-friendly retail. No hot food is permitted to be sold.

We may decline or waitlist a booth if that category is full, the application is incomplete, or the product does not fit a family festival.

Rules

  • Family-friendly booth. No political campaigning from the space.
  • No staking tents. Weights only.
  • You may not sublet the space.
  • Payment is non-refundable after February 1, 2027, unless we cancel the festival.
  • Load-in and load-out times go only to paid vendors.

How it works

  1. Submit the form below.
  2. We reply within about two business days: approved, waitlist, or no.
  3. Approved vendors get a private payment link.
  4. The space is confirmed when payment clears.
  5. Layout, load-in, and day-of contacts go out in early March.
